Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using vip4k services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below. This document applies to all vip4k platform users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
Agreement to Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the vip4k platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the vip4k platform.
Vip4k reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
User Eligibility
To use vip4k services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Not be prohibited by the laws of your place of residence from using online entertainment services.
- Register only one account in your own name.
- Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration.
- Not be an individual who has been banned by vip4k management.
Vip4k reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification at any time.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Management
Each user is permitted only one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All information provided during registration, including full name, phone number and bank account details, must be accurate and up to date. vip4k reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal requests or bonus claims.
Security and Password
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. You are not permitted to share your account details with any other party or allow others to access your account.
If you suspect any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account, contact the vip4k support team immediately. The platform will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account.
Payments, Transactions and Platform Usage Rules
Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency
All transactions on the vip4k platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers and e-wallets recognised in Malaysia.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or payment method used during deposit, subject to the required security checks.
Vip4k is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Any funds deposited into the platform are subject to the applicable terms of use.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from carrying out the following activities on the vip4k platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or technical tools to exploit the system.
- Attempting to manipulate or cheat the gaming or betting system.
- Using another person's account or sharing accounts.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful or defamatory.
- Conducting money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.
- Registering multiple accounts to unlawfully gain promotional advantages.
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension.
Account Policy, Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Vip4k reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, breach of terms of use, or suspicious activity.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation. Users who are dissatisfied may contact the vip4k support team for further discussion.
Platform Liability Limits
Vip4k shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system errors or sudden changes in service availability.
Vip4k's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user within the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the vip4k platform, including logos, text, graphics, interface design, software and databases, is the exclusive property of vip4k or its respective licensors.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from vip4k management. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links and Services
The vip4k platform may contain or interact with third-party services such as payment processors, game providers and technical service providers. vip4k has no control over the policies or practices of these third parties and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your interactions with them.
Users are advised to read the respective third-party privacy policies and terms of use separately before engaging with their services.
Changes to These Terms
Vip4k reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the vip4k platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this document without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
